TIPS: First go around the edge of your floor, and then move the mop over your floor in a good-sized Figure-8 pattern from left to right. If you do this, it moves easily. The dry (yellow) cleans, the wet (blue) washes.

To care for your mop pads: Shake the dry pad outside after sweeping or brush with the Norwex Rubber Static Brush, and re-use to sweep some more! For the wet mop, you can simply rinse it out under water and rub the microfiber against itself before hanging to dry. It's not necessary to machine wash the antibac microfiber mop pads between every use!
